The Watch Clinic managed to fix two watches for me this weekend that the manufacturers of the watches were not willing to fix. They explained to me why the manufacturers would not fix them ( trying to treat them as disposables) and how to make a small change to get them working. They were knowledgeable, polite, with great customer service and provided excellent value for money. I would recommend them to all.

Will not find better service or prices in Gibraltar or anywhere near. Fantastic team and quality all around. Will be coming back.

I took my Rolex GMT Master 2 to the Watch Clinic as The Red House was temporarily closed due to refurbishments. The owner of the shop was extremely friendly and helpful. He tightened the screws and fixed the buckle in a couple of minutes and refused to charge me for such a small job. I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to repair their watch no matter the brand!
